Manchester is preparing for a varsity-level e-Sports team for men and women to compete against other schools in multiplayer online gaming.
Manchester has joined the National Association of Collegiate eSports (NACE) and ordered state-of-the-art equipment for a new eSports arena. Tryouts have already started, and competition is slated to start for the NACE spring season in February, when players compete in:
- League of Legends
- Rocket League
- Super Smash Brothers Ultimate
There's room for you on the team and scholarships are available for qualified MU students!
Depending on interest, future games may be added, such as:
- Overwatch
- Smite
- Paladins
- Hearthstone
- Fortnite
- FIFA
- NBA 2K
- Madden
- Apex Legends
